About Kıbrıs Home

What it is for

The site covers six districts: Lefkoşa, Girne, Gazimağusa, İskele, Güzelyurt and Lefke. Sale, monthly rent, daily rent and project listings each have their own catalogue. The person who lists the home writes the price. The site does not publish an average.

In a list you can switch the currency to Turkish lira, dollars, euros or sterling. The conversion is an indicative rate. The listing's own currency stays on its page.

The guides explain the districts, how to read a price, renting, daily listings and the listing page itself. A guide is not a title search, and it does not publish a table of fees. The current costs come from the land registry and from a lawyer.

Who publishes

Owners, independent agents and agencies publish in the same pool. A member account is for browsing, saving and writing. An agency's listing is not placed above an owner's listing by itself.

Contact is the phone, WhatsApp or Telegram the author wrote. The email address is not shown on the listing page.

Ads and writing to us

Pages may show ads from Google AdSense. An ad is not part of a listing's price or description.
