How to read a listing page
Photos, price, description, the deed label and contact. The page is not a survey or a contract.
The figure at the top
At the top of the page are the title, the price and the purpose. A monthly rent shows a month beside the amount. A daily rental shows a day. A sale and a project have no such ending. The currency is the one the author chose. If you convert it, the figure you see is an indicative rate. The listing's own currency stays on the page. A deposit line appears only if the author wrote an amount, and it does not replace the price.
Just below are the district, the settlement, the type, the rooms, the bathrooms and the floor area. These are fields the author filled in. The settlement name is the official Turkish name. The address does not change because the page is in another language. The deed label can be TRNC, Turkish, equivalent or exchange. The label is not the document. A lawyer reads the document. This page does not decide which label suits you.
Text, photos and the map
The section about the home is the author's own text. They may have used plain sentences, short lines, bold type or a list. The site does not pull a title out of that text and file the rest as a note. It stays as they wrote it. Features are gathered under the text in their own place: furnishing, pool, parking, air conditioning, and the other marks the author switched on. If a mark disagrees with a sentence in the description, the sentence is the author's long version and the mark is the short one. Which is current is a question for them.
The photos belong to the listing. A direction that has no photo is not to be read as a direction the home does not have. The map shows the settlement that was chosen. The point on the map does not stand in for the parcel number on the deed. Reviews are notes left by people who looked at that listing. If there are none, nobody has written yet. Related listings come from the same district and the same purpose. They are not an alternative price for this home. They are other pages you can open.
Contact and saving
The WhatsApp and Telegram buttons go to the addresses the author wrote. An on-site conversation stays under that same listing once both people have an account. Saving a listing needs an account too. A saved listing does not freeze the price. If the author changes the price, the figure in the save changes with it. If the listing closes, the page says it is no longer listed. The price of a closed listing does not remain as an open offer.
