The price belongs to the listing
Kıbrıs Home does not publish an average price. The owner, agent or agency writes the figure on each listing. Two villas in the same settlement can sit at different prices, and each has its own page.
Sale and rent stay separate
A sale price is the price to buy. A rent price belongs to the rental period. Mixing them in one list makes the comparison useless, so the sale page and the rent page are separate.
Compare the same kind of home
An apartment next to a villa, or a plot next to a house, is a weak comparison. Apartments, villas, houses and land each have sale and rent pages. Switching currency converts the figure with an indicative rate. The listing's own currency stays on its page.
