Browsing without an account

Kıbrıs Home is a listing site. A guest can look through the sale, rent, daily and project catalogues without opening an account. They can also open the district pages, the settlement pages, the agent list and these guides. The photo, the price, the settlement and the description of a listing are public. The email address is not shown on the listing page. The contact details you see are the phone, WhatsApp or Telegram the author chose to write.

An account is for saving a listing, writing to the author through the site, leaving a review, and publishing your own listing. Publishing is free. There is no paid layer that lifts one listing above another. Everyone's listing sits in the same pool. An agency's listing is not placed above an owner's listing by itself.

Four kinds of account

A member account is for a person who browses, saves and writes. They do not have to publish a home of their own. An independent agent publishes in their own name. If they have a photo, they appear in the row of agents on the home page. If they have no photo, they are left out of that row, but their listings and their place in the full list remain. An agency publishes under a company name. That name shows beside the listing. An owner publishes as the owner. All four roles fill in the same listing fields: type, purpose, price, district, settlement, deed label, description and photos.

The person opening an account writes their name, email address and role. They can add a phone, WhatsApp, Telegram and a photo. An agency also writes a company name. The password is not kept on the page as plain text. If sign-in with Google is switched on, an account can also be opened with the name and email that sign-in provides. There is no editing of someone else's listing. Each person updates or closes their own listing from their own account.
