Posting a property listing on this site is free. Sale, monthly rent, daily rent and projects stay in separate catalogues.
No fee to publish
Kıbrıs Home does not charge to publish a listing, and it does not take a commission. The person who lists the home writes the price. The site does not publish an average price.
A listing sits in one of six districts: Lefkoşa, Girne, Gazimağusa, İskele, Güzelyurt or Lefke. Settlement names stay in official Turkish.
Who can post
An owner, an independent agent, an agency and a member account use the same form. A guest can read every listing with no account. An account is needed to publish, to save a home, or to write to the lister.
The role is chosen when the account is opened. If Google sign-in is on, the name and email can come from that sign-in. The email address is not shown on the listing.
What a listing contains
The title, price, district, settlement, type, rooms, floor area, description and photos are the lister's own. A listing holds up to six photos. The contact details are the phone, WhatsApp or Telegram they chose to write.
A sale price has no month or day beside it. A rent price is monthly. A daily listing is priced by the day. A project stays apart from the sale and rent lists.
